□ INNOPOLIS Foundation (Yang Seong-Gwang, director) was selected as an excellent HR Development Institution (Best-HRD) 2 times consecutively.

ㅇ INNOPOLIS Foundation received the certification medal in the award ceremony of 2018 Best HRD held by Ministry of Education and managed by KRIVET (Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training). It is the 2 times consecutively certification since the first award in 2015.

ㅇ Best HRD certification is to determine the exemplary standards of human resources development and human resources management by the government and excavate and certificate the excellent institution which achieved such exemplary standards, and has been run since 2006.

□ INNOPOLIS Foundation received a high score over 800 points in the 1st document examination that it was exempted from the 2nd site examination, and was finally selected as the excellent institution through the 3rd certification committee evaluation.

ㅇ In this evaluation, INNOPOLIS Foundation was reported to have high score in the sections of ▲ Recruit On-Spec HR based on the job competence, ▲ establishment of transparent and fair HR system, ▲ establishment of customized training system to jump to a professional institution for technology commercialization and ▲ establishment of Job and Home compatibility support system, etc.
