□ On June 5 (Fri), INNOPOLIS Foundation (President, Kim, Cha Dong) clarified that it will host 'Overseas

   Investment Attraction Road Show (Meet in INNOPOLIS)' for activation of overseas market entry of 11

   INNOPOLIS enterprises including 3 INNOPOLIS Research Institute Spin-off Companies (such as I-

  KAIST) at Seoul Grand Intercontinental Hotel. 

 ○ In this road show, total 17 renowned overseas venture investment institutions including 'ERA, 'JAFCO'

    that are global top-tier accelerators specialized in early venture business investment are participating.

 * Enterpreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, ERA) : Global accelerator being ranked at 14th position (based on

   TechCocktail data) in US start-up accelerator ranking

    ** JAFCO : As a subsidiary of Nomura Securities, JAFCO is the first ranking venture capital company in 

       Japan and they are operating fund in the amount of 1trillion Won in the US and 800billion Won in the

       Asian region.

□ In this event, as visible performance creation including successful contract conclusion for 3 INNOPOLIS 

   enterprises through 'Meet in INNOPOLIS' hosted by INNOPOLIS Foundation on last October was widely 

   known, concern and demand of famous overseas investors for INNOPOLIS enterprises having excellent 

   technology were increased and from the end of last year, this event has been promoted by the request of 

   overseas institution after their sustained visit to INNOPOLIS.

 ○ In particular, it is evaluated that contrary to existing ICT platform based investment attraction program, 

    this road show was furnished with differentiation in terms of the fact that technology based enterprises 

    including research institute enterprises being grown through commercialization process of public 

    technology in INNOPOLIS are extensively participating. 

□ Kim, Bu Gi, Representative of Standard Energy Co., Ltd., said that "Through this road show, a foothold 

   for overseas market entry is expected to be provided by attracting overseas investment for promotion of 

   global project and through global network possessed by world best overseas investors".
