□ INNOPOLIS Foundation (President, Kim Cha Dong) announced that INNOPOIS Foundation 

   had signed on the contract of U$ 2.1 Million of export such as 'INNOPOLIS Research Institute   

   Spin-off Company' to China through establishment of bridgehead to advance to China,

□ To support advancement of enterprise and technology in of INNOPOLIS to Chinese market, 

   INNOPOLIS Foundation signed MOU for Korea-China Global technology commercialization    

   with Shanghai Industrial Technology Institute and held 'Korea-China enterprise technology

   seminar. 

   * Shanghai Industrial Technology Institute, SITI : It was established on August, 2012 for commercialization of 

    research performances of Shanghai Academy of Science (40 research institutes with 9,600 researchers), which 

    performs consulting, research and development and technology commercialization. 

 ㅇ INNOPOLIS Foundation and SITI have discussed the cooperation in detail since December, 

     2014. With this MOU, both parties are expected to strengthen mutual cooperations on the 

     commercialization of global technology through ▲ sharing experience of commercializing 

     research outcomes ▲ sharing startup ecosystem information and ▲ matching corporation 

     and technology.

□ As a part of MOU, both institutes held 'Korea-China Enterprise and Technology Seminar and 

   'Korea-China B2B Enterprise ‧ Technology Matching' event. Through this event, INNOPOLIS 

    enterprises signed a total of U$ 2.1 Million export contract to China. 

 ㅇ Hannam Bio Co., Ltd. (CEO Song, Sang Sun) which is an environmentally friendly research 

      institute specializing in aquiculture formulation had signed on the export contract of total U$ 2 

      Million of product related to shrimp farms. 

   * Hannam Bio Co., Ltd.: the 53rd 'INNOPOLIS Research Institute Spin-off Company' (1st from Hannam University) 

     was established on 2014 for commercialization of technology possessed by Hannam University, ' Feed composite 

     for culturing crustacean and production method'.

 ㅇ Botaem Co., Ltd. (CEO, Kim Hyo Goo), a special company in the digital sensor based IoT had 

      signed on the contract of U$ 0.1 Million dollars to supply smart switch product for energy 

      saving to Chinese market.   

   * Botaem Co., Ltd.: a company specializing in IoT (Internet of Things) for energy saving which was established on 

     2014 through foreign investment by U.S DEV Corp.  

□ Mr. Song Sang Sun, CEO of Hannam Bio, mentioned that branding of the existing aquatic 

   products was difficult but the excellent technology of University and the brand of INNOPOLIS 

   Research Institute Spin-off Company gave an opportunity to advance to Chinese market. 

□ The President of INNOPOLIS Foundation Kim Cha Dong emphasized  that he will strengthen to 

   support INNOPOLIS Research Institute Spin-off Company  to advance to overseas market, 

   emphasizing that there are many successful cases in the global market with technology of 

   INNOPOLIS Research Institute Spin-off Company.

□ In the meantime, INNOPOLIS Foundation will hold 'Korea-China Enterprise Technology 

   Seminar' on 24th based on the MOU with Torch High Technology Industry Development center 

   in China as of December, 2014

   * Torch High Technology Industry Development center : a government-affiliated organization specializing in 

     technology commercialization which performs business such as Technology innovation fund, venture investment 

     and incubator operation.
