□ INNOPOLIS Foundation (chairman, Kim, cha-Dong, hereinafter called "INNOPOLIS Foundation") concluded tripartite MOU for Korea-China technology commercialization with Huaxia Xingfu and global accelerator Tech Code that are companies specialized in cluster creation and investment of China on 7th June at INNOPOLIS Foundation.

 ㅇ Major contents include ∼▲ Construct of both countries' exchange, cooperation platform, ▲ Support of incubating and accelerating technology required for China entry, ▲ Support of total service for China entry including local incorporation of INNOPOLIS companies, ▲ investment support for INNOPOLIS companies.

□ Huaxia Xingfu that concluded an agreement with INNOPOLIS Foundation is a company specialized in industrial complex creation, incubating and investment that earned profit of 30.2billion Yuan in the second half, last year only by creating, operating 5 clusters including aerospace, electronic information since its foundation in 1998. 

 ㅇ Tech Code that is a subsidiary company of Huxia Xingfu is a global accelerator that supports startup nurturing and investment at 12 centers of 5 countries all over the world. On November, last year, this company established a Korean corporation at Teheran road, Seoul for the 6th time in the world.

□ It is expected that this agreement would provide a steppingstone through which technology based INNOPOLIS companies including Research Institute Spin-off companies  could enter into Chinese market without difficulty while avoiding entry barrier such as restriction on Chinese market as well as enormous fund attraction of China.
