□ Innopolis Foundation (hereafter "foundation, chair
Kim Cha Dong) announced on 19 that it will conduct <17th K-TSP(Korea's
Science & Technology Park) training> targeting developing countries' science and
technology park officials and relevant government officials from October 19 to
28.
ㅇ Total 18 trainees from 15
countries will attend lectures about history of Korean economic development
policy, science and technology park foundation and management know-how,
technical commercialization strategy and participate in group activity to
improve "project ideas" for their own science and technology park
development.
ㅇ Especially, the trainees who
completed the program will participate as lecturers to share the efforts they
put to apply the K-STP know-how they learned through the training to the
developing country, and discuss measures for the activation of trainee network.
□ Participants hope to develop science and technology park
and ultimately lead the economic growth of their own countries by benchmarking
Daeduk Innopolis of Korea.
ㅇ Hesham Ezzat Salem Eldeeb, head of
Egypt Electronics Research Center said "we plan to benchmark public
technology commercialization know-how of Daeduk Innopolis through STP training
and utilize it to technology transfer and commercialization of Electronics
Research Center".
ㅇ Chair of Innopolis Foundation, Mr.
Kim Cha Dong said "I hope Korean Daeduk Innopolis model training will
contribute to economic growth of developing country thorough establishing and
developing science and technology park, and excited to see follow-up
cooperation after the training is complete".
