Daedeok INNOBIS KOSDAQ Holding the Brief Session

 for Public Offering on the KONEX Market

□    INNOBIS Foundation has indicated to hold the 'Brief Session for Public Offering on the KOSDAQ and KONEX Market in Daedeok INNOBIS' at 2pm on the 26th with Korea Exchange.

ㅇ    Brief session of the public offering has been continuously proceeded every year for financing support and activation of the public offering in stock market for companies in INNOBIS as a follow-up measure of work agreement concluded in 2015 by INNOBIS Foundation and Korea Exchange.

□    This brief session is scheduled to help understanding in stock market on small and medium venture companies in INNOBIS that are interested in public offering market in KOSDAQ and KONEX and provide the public offering support service and also to be progressed in part 1 and 2.

ㅇ    Part 1 is to provide recent up-to-date information that is useful for companies including △ company growth strategy from public offering in KOSDAQ and KONEX and △ overview of infrastructure of growth support on Korea Exchange for start-up.

ㅇ     Part 2 is scheduled to proceed advanced and customized consultation by supporting the 1:1 personal consultation with companies participants prefer to consult with the Korea Exchange and the networking.
