The Korea Innovation Foundation established a cooperative system for win-win cooperation and shared growth between large and small enterprises - Signed a business agreement (MOU) with Small and Medium Business Agricultural and Fishery Cooperation Foundation -

 

□ This agreement aims to create a synergy effect through mutual business cooperation between the Foundation, which specializes in commercializing public technologies of INNOPOLIS, and the Cooperative Foundation, which was established to promote win-win cooperation between large and small businesses, overcoming the economic crisis caused by Covid-19.

 

ㅇ The Foundation will strengthen the link between large and small companies for successful commercialization through collaboration with the Cooperative Foundation in the process of discovering and supporting consumer-centered corporate demand.

□ This agreement aims to establish a mutually systematic cooperation system in joint-investment R & D and innovative growth support, corporate information sharing, and overseas expansion support for the mutual growth and job creation of large and SMEs through cooperation between the Foundation and the Cooperative Foundation.

 

ㅇ In detail, the Foundation will: ▲discover demanding companies and support matching public technologies, ▲support for public technology evaluation and support for establishing and fostering Research-based Spin-off companies, ▲support the commercialization of transferred technologies, such as R&BD tasks for small and medium-sized venture companies' needs, expert advice and investor connection.

 

ㅇ The Cooperation Foundation focuses on ▲ funding for technology innovation support and joint investment type technology development between large companies and SMEs, ▲ information sharing for shared growth with large companies, ▲ jobs using large companies' networks and infrastructure, joint marketing, and domestic support and overseas market development.

 

ㅇ Through this agreement, both parties will work together to clarify roles and responsibilities (R&R) between parties to derive successful cases of win-win and cooperation between large and SMEs.
