□ Jeonbuk INNOPOLIS (hereafter 'Jeonbuk INNOPOLIS,' Director Cho Yong-Cheol) of the Korea Innovation Foundation successfully held the 「2022 Jeonbuk INNOPOLIS Tech Biz Partnering」 event to promote public technology transfer and technology commercialization at the Jeonbuk Tech Biz Center on the 10th (Thu).
□ ‘Tech Biz Partnering’ is a program that supports 1:1 consultation by matching promising technologies developed by 16 public research institutes* in Jeonbuk with companies in demand so that companies can promote commercialization using public technology.

□ Jeonbuk INNOPOLIS disclosed a total of 91 promising technologies for commercialization, including 53 specialized fields of agriculture and life convergence, 32 convergence materials and parts, and 6 convergence future transportation, and received consultation requests to companies for technology matching, resulting in 60 technology matching consultations conducted with 40 companies.
□ In particular, this year, technology information sharing was strengthened by introducing other INNOPOLIS' promising technologies and information on promising labs in Jeonbuk INNOPOLIS.
○ In addition, corporate support counseling programs such as the transfer of small-amount patents (about 5 million won), support for INNOPOLIS' R&BD projects, and the establishment of spin-off companies were also conducted.
□ Jeonbuk INNOPOLIS will share the results of technology consultation with technology transfer departments of each public research institute, continuing to support technology transfer and commercialization, such as follow-up in-depth meetings and connections, technology negotiation support, and business model (BM) design.
□ An official from a participating company said, “We did not just listen to explanations about the technology introduced by public research institutes, but practical discussions on technology transfer and technology commercialization were held one-on-one with researchers. We plan to promote technology transfer and commercialization in earnest.”
□ Cho Yong-Cheol, director of Jeonbuk INNOPOLIS, said, “We will continue to actively promote technology transfer support tailored to corporate demand so that companies can strengthen their technological competitiveness and activate transfer and commercialization.”
