The Korea Innovation Foundation Foundation is dedicated to the provision of infrastructures and environments conducive to vibrant commercialization of innovative research outputs produced within five Korea Innovation Foundationes across the country.

  • Systematic management of spaces by retaining effective arrangement/constitution of educational and residential areas within five Korea Innovation Foundationes

  • Ensuring that universities, government- funded research institutes, and resident companies in Korea Innovation Foundation meet the qualification criteria set out by the Korea Innovation Foundation Act

  • Land development for industrial use in response to regional industrial demand

  • How to move into Korea Innovation Foundation? Any institutions/entities willing to move into the Korea Innovation Foundation should file an application to the Korea Innovation Foundation Foundation. Private sales/lease contracts together with a formal approval from Korea Innovation Foundation Foundation are required for the move-in process.

  • What are the benefits? Korea Innovation Foundation resident companies are eligible to apply for R&BD subsidies/grants programs run by the Korea Innovation Foundation Foundation, as well as for tax reduction benefits.

The Korea Innovation Foundation Foundation builds co-working spaces where universities, government-funded research institutes, and companies based in the Korea Innovation Foundation can cooperate with each other, thereby facilitating the creation of innovative research outcomes and technology commercialization.
